Lake Constance

Lake Constance, also known as Bodensee in German, is a large freshwater lake located in Central Europe. It is situated between Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, making it an important natural border for these countries. The lake has a surface area of approximately 536 square kilometers, making it the third largest lake in Europe by surface area.


Lake Constance is fed by several rivers, including the Rhine, and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes, such as the Swiss Alps and the Bavarian foothills.
